LawyerMate is a SaaS-based legal technology platform offering AI-driven tools and digital solutions for lawyers, law firms, and individuals. All services are delivered online through our web portal and applications.

Once a subscription or purchase is confirmed, access to the selected plan and its features is granted instantly. Since our offerings are fully digital, no physical items are shipped.

Support & Complaints

We want every LawyerMate user to have a smooth experience. If you encounter any issues, have questions, or need assistance, our support team is here to help.

Our support team will review your request promptly and aims to respond at the earliest possible time, typically within 24 hours on business days. To resolve technical problems quickly, please share details such as error messages, screenshots, or a description of the issue.

Subscription Expiry

LawyerMate subscriptions run for a fixed term (monthly or yearly) based on the package you purchase. At the end of this term, your subscription will automatically expire unless you choose to manually renew or purchase a new package.

Since payments are made upfront for the chosen duration, there are no mid-term cancellations or partial refunds available.

Refunds

Because LawyerMate provides immediate access to digital services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may apply in rare cases:

  • If a major technical issue or outage (caused by LawyerMate) prevents you from using the service for an extended period.
  • Routine maintenance does not qualify as an outage.

In such cases, we may issue a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion in situations where a valid reason is established. If a refund is approved, it will be processed manually within ten (10) business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that any additional delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond our control.

Refund requests may be declined if they do not meet the above criteria or if there is evidence of misuse. Subscriptions are also non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person or organization.
